Very Good

Nice and easy going place for a few days. Good value for money. Some minor problems were easily resolved. Very nice staff at the reception and breakfast area. There is a small boat across the river (free of charge for guests) so the beach is only about 5min walking distance.

The price is perfect for the experience. Control your expectations and you will see that for this price the experience is an excellent one. The Location, confort, amenities... everything is great.

The door lock system was having constant problems. There was a cute statement about Support on the desk of the room but nobody ever answered. Reception is a better place to request. They say that there is parking but it´s a payed service. In general as I already said this problems are almost irrelevant because the price I have payed (150 BRL / day) is really fair.

Atendimento excelente, amei o recadinho e o mimo entregue no quarto ( biscoito globo e mate...rs ótima representatividade do Rio). Localização ótima, fica bem no centro da Barra da Tijuca.

Localização

Logo que chegamos, a recepção não achou nossa reserva apesar de já estar paga (apesar da diária permitir cancelamento, nos foi debitado todo o valor no catão antecipadente). Fomos recebidos pelo Sr. Junior que se disse responsável pelos aptos com a seguinte "pérola": "Isso aqui é o quê"? Perguntou ele ao recepcionista, se refererindo a gente. E foi logo dizendo que o prédio não era mais hotel e sim apartamentos eque só poderiamos fazer check in as 14hs. Eram 13hs e poderíamos esperar mas achamos que o modo como ele falou foi extremamente grosseiro. Nosso quarto finalmente ficou pronpromas foi uma decepção. Passamos muito calor porque o ar não funcionava direito e o quarto tava sujo. Cama com lençol rasgado e somente 1 sabonete para tomar banho ou lavar as mãos. No apto ao lado, muito barulho e festa com som alto. No dia seguinte, ao descermos prp café, descobrimos que o restaurante era terceirizado e só abria as 8hs mas quando chegamos as 8:30h ainda não tinha sido aberto. A recepcionista nos disse que não podia fazer nada, e que não se responsabilizava pelo café. E que ali não era mais hotel. E que a empresa Voa, da qual o sr Junior era o proprietário, é que negociava o aluguel dos aptos com cafe da manha porque mantinha um acordo direto com o restaurante. Ficamos nesse hotel a 1 ano atrás e gostamos dele. Tanto que quisemos repetir mas a experiencia dessa vez foi péssima porque não imaginamos que tinha deixado de ser hotel. Cuidado! Não caiam nessa cilada porque esse lugar não é mais hotel!

Horrível! Decepcionante!

Somente da localização. Na verdade esse prédio sempre foi um ótimo hotel! Eu já havia me hospedado nele antes e voltei pq achei Que Não reria problema.

O hotel está largado às traças! Não tinha PAPEL HIGIÊNICO no banheiro!!! Ligamos na recepção pedindo e disserem que lá agora não era mais hotel, e que deveríamos ligar pro dono do apto pra pedir o papel!! Um absurdo!!! Lençol todo manchado. Box nojento. Só ficamos, pois não tínhamos outra opção mesmo. Ar condicionado quebrado. Corredor fedido de cigarro. Tudo horrível! Frigobar nojento. Não tivemos coragem de tomar o café da manhã.
